Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Bun Agents ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Microleap ("we", "us").

2. Description of service

Bun Agents is a suite of productivity applications including:

• Personal App (app.bunagents.com) — an offline-first PWA with productivity plugins
• Portal (portal.bunagents.com) — account management and Pro subscription
• Future products (diagram.bunagents.com, photo.bunagents.com) subject to their own terms

3. Free and Pro plans

The Service offers a Free plan and a Pro plan ($1.99/month).

• The Free plan provides access to core productivity plugins with no time limit
• The Pro plan unlocks additional plugins (Expenses, CronJob, CV Builder), cloud sync, and up to 5 devices
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the billing period ends
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers

4. License key

Pro subscribers receive a license key that:

• Is personal and non-transferable
• May be used on up to 5 devices simultaneously
• Becomes invalid upon subscription cancellation or termination
• Must not be shared, resold, or distributed

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to store or distribute illegal content
• Abuse CronJob automations to perform denial-of-service attacks or spam
• Share, resell, or sublicense your account or license key
• Circumvent device limits or subscription enforcement mechanisms

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By enabling Cloud Sync, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the sync service. We do not claim any rights to your content.

7. Availability and changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We will provide at least 30 days notice before discontinuing paid Pro features.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, profits, or other damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@bunagents.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused subscription time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceedings.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify active Pro subscribers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
